Monrovia, California, March 5, 2008 – This spring, CENTURY 21 Adams & Barnes agents will take part in a series of fun projects to enhance their listing and property marketing systems. The goal is to optimize home marketing strategies for their clients and sell homes faster. Therefore, beginning this March select CENTURY 21 Adams & Barnes agents will pick up their digital cameras, sharpen their home showcasing prowess and submit videos to internet entertainment powerhouse YouTube.com for a chance to win $21,000 for their selling clients.

“This is unprecedented for CENTURY 21 system members” said company Broker/Owner Tom Adams at a recent agent training meeting, “and our company is more then prepared to have some fun, sell homes quickly and potentially earn $21,000 for those we represent. For many years, our agents have trained and used the internet effectively to sell homes quickly and now we have a chance to take the next logical step, digital video commercials on-line.”

To win, sellers and their CENTURY 21 Adams & Barnes agent must create a short video (2 minutes or less) showing off their CENTURY 21® listing. Then, the videos will be uploaded to YouTube.com by April 25, 2008. YouTube users will vote for the top 10 and the winning entry selected (by an internal panel) will win $21,000 and a High Definition TV.

The YouTube contest is just one part of several home marketing approaches that CENTURY 21 Adams & Barnes agents are partaking this year. In the weeks to come, the team will also take part in CENTURY 21®’s Open House month, support for Monrovia’s Relay for Life event and hosting its traditional Monrovia Chamber of Commerce March mixer.
