I had a variety of locations in mind and Jacen took his time and patience to show me each of these properties. Even at the last minute, he was always available to show me properties so that I would be able to make my offer as soon as possible.
With the property that I ultimately purchased, Jacen had a written offer within hours of my viewing the property and the seller accepted it the next day. Jacen never have up and was eager for the loan to go through and with his expertise, I was able to complete escrow in a timely manner.
Jacen updated me frequently on the process and timeline throughout escrow answering any questions that I might of had. Even after escrow closed and I receive my keys, Jacen was there to help me with any questions regarding documents and first-time homeowner questions that have risen.
There was recently an issue that the seller was contracted to fix and Jacen was able to get the seller to reimburse me even after the property was in my name. Jacen has worked above and beyond and I am extremely happy with his services, knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Jacen Crehan to individuals ready to purchase a property."
